The Skype idea doesn't have the same restrictions on how the numbers are entered but one would have to investigate the cost of the calls as they are not free unless coded to be free. This seems to be more of a HTML programming thing so that the iPhone will recognize the number. Here is the link that I found Here is another that gives more detail on the construction of the telephone numbers The question comes down to whether or not the iPhone app will recognize the telephone numbers or if some coding has to be done to the number to make it recognizable. The web page can be produced the same way that is outlined in the video suggested by AlKey. I have found this that indicates that the iPhone can call a telephone number found on a web page. I created a file with a real telephone number and with the Click to Call, every number, even local, was going to be a toll call which I found to be rather disappointing. Optional: To use a custom photo for a Home Screen icon, tap the icon (in the Home Screen Name and Icon area), then choose one of the following: Take Photo: Use the camera to take a new photo. I installed and tried the Skype Click to Call and it does work somewhat like the video. In My Shortcuts in the Shortcuts app on your iOS or iPadOS device, tap on a shortcut, then tap to open Details.
